Leads360 Establishes Professional Services Department

Leads360 has created a new professional services department, that will be responsible for a number of new initiatives designed to improve the customer experience for Leads360 clients.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 8, 2007 -- Leads360, creator of LeadManager® lead management software, has announced the formation of a professional services department to provide business consulting, best practices implementation, and superior customer service. The department is dedicated to increasing Leads360's already significant standards of client satisfaction.

Structured based on client feedback and suggestions, the professional services department will oversee an ongoing series of focus groups, client surveys, seminars and webinars. Representatives from Leads360 will be in attendance to help attendees increase recognition of how they can implement and maintain a successful lead management strategy with Leads360. All events are complementary.

Currently, the department is in the process of creating additional online and onsite planning and training workshops, and an interactive e-learning program that represents a significant advance from the standard product training video. "Recently, we have received a number of client requests for onsite training on LeadManager®, which we are happy to provide," Solomon said.

Leads360 has also been actively developing strategic partnerships and contracts to facilitate new products and services to better serve its clients.

Your leads are being stolen and resold

Lead Critic has another interesting post about lead security. He argues that leads are highly vulnerable to theft and reselling. Both lead providers and lead buyers do not spend enough energy valuing and protecting their leads. You can read all about it here.
